This place is quickly becoming one of my go-to spots for BBQ whenever I visit my friends in Ft Worth. Not only is it consistently great but the wait is never too long despite their top 10 ranking in Texas Monthly along with their newly minted Michelin Star last year. Their brisket is top notch, good salt and a nice light kick with the pepper, and their beef ribs are a bargain at $20 a pop (only available on weekends, they sell out quick though!). Pork belly poppers are good and you have to give their brisket elote cup a try! Though some of their sides do have a bit of spice to them like the elote cup and the cream corn. They have some decent seating inside complete with a bar area, TVs with the games on and a nice open area outside as well when the weather is nice. Definitely one of the best bang for your buck places when you factor everything in: waiting time, price, and quality of the food!

We went here on a Friday around 5:30 and it wasn't too busy yet. It started getting busy around 6:20pm or so. We ordered the brisket elote and flacos tacos minus the onions. Both we 10/10. We also ordered the nutter butter pudding. It sadly was a 3/10. Tasted like cafeteria pudding from a box. Wouldn't get a dessert again. But overall we will come back.

4.5 really. The line moved pretty quick, but still took about 20 minutes. I'm my experience, if you don't have a line, something isn't right with the que. You have plenty of time to game plan your order. We went for the smoked brisket, poppers, bologna, elotes, and collards. All were amazing. The brisket tasted like a top ten in the state. Room for improvement based on my taste, but really hit the notes of great Texas bbq. Slightly under salted and the bark was really thick, but only on one side. The elotes are where it's at. I can still taste it in my mind. Such a great balance of flavors. We will be back for a double order next time. The bologna was the only thing i was disappointed with. It was fine at face value, but I have a poultry allergy. I couldn't find out what meats it was, but by my bodies reaction, it's definitely poultry based. I wish they had that listed somewhere.

Absolutely delicious bbq. This spot truly did not disappoint. You order at the counter and then they bring the food out to you. Servers were nice, and there were a few of them to go around. Highlights were the pork belly burnt ends, the jalapeño cheese sausage, and brisket. Sides were enjoyable, including the borracho beans and the collard greens, which had a nice kick to 'em. Lots of tables outside. Great place to sit and enjoy some great food on a nice day.

Panther City BBQ easily lives up to the hype! I came on New Years Day and did not have to wait in a line to order. The food was made quickly and the staff were friendly. They maintained cleanliness in their restaurant with an attentive guy ensuring all trash was picked up. There isn't a lot of space to eat inside, but if is only 2 people dining than you should be ok. As for the food, I had the tacos, my sister had the baked potato and we both shared the corn. Everything was delicious. Be warned, the taco was a bit greasy so make sure you have plenty of napkins. Of all of the Fort Worth bbq places I've tried, this one is at the top of my list!

Euphoria on a tray. Great juicy brisket with a nice bark, fantastic street creamed corn, and saucy pulled pork- all served super quickly. It was a nice day so the outdoor seating made Panther City a no-brainer- I'll definitely be back! Sauce was very nice- mild and flavorful.

I had an incredible BBQ experience here! It's a walk-up, order-at-the-counter setup, but the line moved quickly, and the cashiers were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The seating options are great--indoors, there's a mix of tables and bar seating, while outdoors offers classic picnic-style tables. When the Texas weather cooperates, sitting outside adds to the charm. Now, the food--absolute perfection. The BBQ is flavorful without being greasy, the mac and cheese is thick and creamy, and the elote? A revelation. I didn't know I needed that combination in my life, but now I can't wait to come back for more.

Been on my lists of spots to check out and finally got the opportunity to do so. We got there at opening on a Sunday and the line wasn't bad. They did open the doors a little before opening to let people in out the of the cold but you still waited until 11 to order. The inside is basic and it's an order then sit type of place. They do have a full bar with TVs to enjoy and their outside seating area provides plenty of each seating. In the winter they have an open area with heaters blasting for overflow. Now onto the food. I was there with 4 others so we just ordered almost everything. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts: Brisket: Overall good. Had good flavor and was moist. Cheese Sausage: One of the best I've had and I don't even like sausages that often but glad I tried theirs. Pork Belly Burnt Ends: Cooked perfectly and were really good. Beef Rib: this is a weekend special only but it was just okay to me. We got the end piece so was little more in the drier side than I would prefer but once we got towards the bone it was better. Same rub as the brisket. Smoked Turkey: Great flavor and worth it. Super moist and the rub pairs perfectly with it. Pulled Pork: They do theirs chopped and sauced and it's amazing. Some of the best pulled pork I've had in the area. Smashburger: One of the best burgers I've had. Meat was great and the special sauce reminds me of the Big Mac sauce. Highly recommend this add on. It's a bit of a wait but worth it. Smoked half chicken: Really tender and moist with great rub and excellent price. Highly recommend it too. For sides we had collards, beans, and the Mac n Cheese. The collards were the star and were really great. The Mac n Cheese was good and on the spicy side so he warned. I'm not a big beans person so for me they were good but might be great to others. We also order their burnt end jalapeño popper it was really good also. Overall, I can see why it's ranks up there with some of the best in the area. Well worth a visit and trip out west if you're a Dallas side person.

Panther City is hands down a top spot in Fort Worth. This place has phenomenal food and service is solid. The brisket is tender with great flavor and the ribs are my favorite in town. They had incredible flavor and pull off the bone. This is award winning barbecue at its finest. The Hell's Half Acre is a good variety of meat also. The Mac N Cheese and Cream Corn had awesome flavor and the Nutter Butter Cheesecake Pudding was the best dessert. Can't go wrong with this place.
